FQJ series impurity separator(apple screen) can remove light impurities in paper pulp and it can deal with tail pulp in the coarse screening section of pulp manufacturing line.

FQJ series light impurity separator(also known as apple screen, for its shape looks like apple) can efficiently remove light impurities in paper pulp and it also can used for dealing with tail pulp in the coarse screening section of pulp manufacturing line.

Application & Features

  • 1. The main body is an inverse conical design, concave top structure can form a strong vortex, forming a low pressure area in the top center and getting the light impurities and discharge them outside effectively.
  • 2. Pulp outflow chamber of rotor is higher than undersurface of shell, forming a low pressure area around the rotor to collect heavy impurities. under centrifugal force, the heavy impurities are thrown to the outermost of eddy and deposit in the groove that is outside the sieve plate for discharging. At the same time, it will reduce the wear to cutter and sieve plate, prolong the service life of them.

Work Principle

New type FQJ light impurity separator is advanced pulp cleaning equipment in the modern world, which has great ability of pulp cleaning function and it can greatly reduce the burden and damage of the following pulp equipment.

It is widely used for dealing with light contaminates in coarse screening section for cleaning wood pulp, straw pulp and waste paper pulp.
