The 180tpd kraft paper machine is primarily designed for use with recycled paper pulp and wood pulp blends. It boasts a net paper width of 3800mm and a single unit can stably produce 180 tons of kraft paper per day. This machine is optimized for deinked pulp from waste cardboard boxes, featuring upgraded wire mesh and press dewatering mechanisms. It can flexibly switch between producing pure wood pulp, recycled cardboard pulp, and bamboo-wood blended pulp, enabling the production of both high-strength surface kraft paper and economical corrugated core paper.
