The 180tpd printing paper machine features a compact, modular design, integrating mature papermaking processes with energy-saving technologies. It is compatible with commonly used raw materials such as waste paper pulp, virgin wood pulp, and white edge trimmings. This paper machine is equipped with a dedicated pre-processing pulp purification system, combined with Leizhan’s self-developed high consistency descaling device, vibrating frame screen, and inflow pressure screen. This system efficiently removes large fiber bundles from the pulp, preventing impurities from damaging the subsequent wire section and press rolls, while also improving pulp uniformity.
