The 200tpd kraft paper machine adopts a mature four-layer stacked wire structure, adaptable to recycled pulp from waste cardboard boxes and mixed waste paper, stably producing high ring crush and high burst strength kraft linerboard and corrugated core paper. It requires no large amount of virgin wood pulp; recycled waste cardboard boxes and packaging waste paper are used as the core raw materials, and can be put into operation as a complete set with Leizhan’s self-developed pulping equipment. For the production of high-strength kraft paper, the wood pulp ratio can be freely adjusted.
