The 260tpd corrugated paper machine is specifically designed to produce high-strength corrugated medium using recycled OCC (Old Corrugated Containers). Featuring a mature configuration and stable operation, it serves as a primary production unit for new medium-sized paper mills and for capacity upgrades at existing facilities. The machine utilizes a Fourdrinier-multi-cylinder configuration and is equipped with a hydraulic headbox; this ensures uniform stock distribution and excellent dewatering performance, effectively increasing the dryness of the sheet entering the dryer section and reducing steam consumption. With steam and electricity consumption rates per ton of paper that outperform traditional models, the machine offers significant energy cost savings during long-term operation.
