Russian customer wanted to add pulping machinery to their paper mill. D Type Hydrapulper is a type of pulping equipment or pulping machine used in the paper and pulp industry. It is specifically designed for efficiently breaking down waste paper or fibrous materials to create pulp for paper production. To that end, on July 30, 2023, Leizhan’s D type hydrapulper was exported to Russia.

 

The D Type Hydrapulper operates by using a combination of mechanical and hydraulic forces. It consists of a large cylindrical tank equipped with rotating blades or impellers. The waste paper or fibrous materials are fed into the tank along with water. The rotating blades or impellers agitate and macerate the fibers, creating a slurry. In some cases, steam can also be injected to enhance the pulping process.
