Hydrapulper is the core equipment in waste paper pulping, its function being to break down waste paper raw materials into a fiber suspension through mechanical action and hydraulic shearing. Leizhan’s D type hydrapulper employs a unique D-shaped tank structure, which completely alters the pulp flow path.

 

During operation, the D type hydrapulper allows the paper stock to contact the rotor more quickly from the feed point, significantly shortening the pulping time and substantially increasing production capacity without increasing power or volume. It utilizes a new energy-saving Voges rotor, maximizing fiber length and strength protection.
