Leizhan’s double disc refiner adopts a patented bidirectional counter-rotating double grinding zone structure, effectively adapting to the entire process of coarse and fine grinding of recycled waste paper pulp, chemical wood pulp, bamboo pulp, straw pulp, and chemimechanical pulp. It effectively avoids excessive fiber cutting, producing paper with significantly better burst strength, tensile strength, and tear resistance than single-disc refined pulp.
