Drum pulper integrates pulping and screening, and it can replace the whole set of low-consistency and continuous impurity-removing system. It is mainly used for continuous gentle pulping and coarse screening of unselected waste paper raw materials under high consistency.

 

The drum pulper is mainly composed of feed hopper, presoaking part, screening part and pulping area. The pulping is relatively mild, and it is not easy to damage the fibers. The pulping consistency is 14%-20%. The pulper has a simple structure and few wearable parts.
