In the production process for recycling waste paper, the drum screen is a coarse screening device. Its primary purpose is to rid pulp of light contaminants. Its low motor power, good screening efficacy, and reduced fiber loss are its advantages.

 

The drum screen, which is installed after the high consistency hydrapulper, helps lessen the strain on subsequent equipment by coarsely screening the waste paper pulp that exits the high consistency hydrapulper. The water spray pipe system of the drum screen can be adjusted to spray a different amount of water depending on the pulp that is being input and output.
