A customer from Hebei desired to upgrade the paper mill’s pulping machinery. Out of several suppliers of pulping equipment, the customer selected Leizhan. Additionally, Leizhan fulfilled its end of the contract by delivering the double disc refiner, agitator, bale open conveyor, and supporting accessories on schedule. On September 26, 2023, the machines were successfully delivered to Hebei.

 

The bale open conveyor is easy to maintain and has a straightforward construction. Dry oil dispersion is used to lubricate the agitator’s bearing, and a drain hole on the rolling bearing seat’s lower portion allows dirty oil to be periodically released based on the amount of oil injected. The effective and user-friendly disassembly mechanism of the double disc refiner can save labor costs and increase the effectiveness of grinding disc replacement.
