A customer in Jiangxi ordered Leizhan’s inflow pressure screen for pulping equipment. In the context of a paper mill and pulping equipment, inflow pressure screen is used to filter and remove contaminants such as wood chips, bark, and debris from the pulp slurry before it enters the refining process. The inflow pressure screen and supporting accessories have now been successfully completed and shipped to Jiangxi on August 29, 2023.

 

The inflow pressure screen is typically situated before the pulp slurry enters the primary refiner, where it removes any large particles that could cause damage to the refiner or downstream equipment. The screen consists of a series of rotating cylinders with perforated screens, which allow the pulp slurry to pass while retaining contaminants.
